The rooms have ceiling fans and a safe, plus there is a beautiful garden; private parking is available, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The single room is exceptional with a hot shower and a fan right above the bed. Every staff member is very welcoming, exceptionally nice, and strives to meet your needs. the breakfast is tasty with proper bread and juices, lots to choose from. the location is beautiful and particularly good, very close to the beautiful ocean.

I recently stayed at Villa Kiota in Paje for a week-long vacation with friends. The atmosphere was peaceful and the owners, Elske and Sadat, were incredibly kind and attentive. They ensured our rooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, especially the pancakes. Additionally, the villa had a beautiful garden and the wifi was reliable. Elske and Sadat were always available to assist with any questions or requests, and they even helped arrange tours and transportation. I highly recommend this lovely villa for a personalized and enjoyable stay in Zanzibar.

The guestrooms at Villa Kiota are top-notch! The laptop-friendly workspaces are so convenient, and they even provide complimentary bottled water. Our triple room had a beautiful garden view and a private entrance, making us feel like we had our own little oasis. Plus, the seating area was a cozy spot to relax. As casual travelers, we couldn't have asked for more!

I personally found the double room's balcony a bit small. But hey, it's just my opinion, and I'm sure others would still appreciate having a balcony.

The room was amazing! It had a cozy seating area and a private entrance, making us feel right at home. We loved waking up to the beautiful garden view from our triple room. It was so refreshing and relaxing. Having a balcony in our double room was perfect. We could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the fresh air.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the laptop-friendly workspace in the room.
